I had to surface-mount mine. Seems to be of good quality. Assembly and hanging instructions were reasonably clear. The hanging system made it possible for me to hang it with no assistance, but I would recommend having a buddy to help get this triple glassI had to surface-mount mine. Seems to be of good quality. I think it’s about 50lbs.Time will tell if the mirror quality holds up i.e. poor quality mirror-backing will flake off in corners causing dark spots)
