Used this before and happily Screwfix still sell it. Easy to install, looks good and is more durable than other curtain rails. Im glad I read the other reviews first, and followed their advice, as you really do need to.I made sure I ordered two of these items to collect in store, and upon collecting the item and before leaving the store I made sure that at least one of them was iIm glad I read the other reviews first, and followed their advice, as you really do need to.I made sure I ordered two of these items to collect in store, and upon collecting the item and before leaving the store I made sure that at least one of them was in good condition and had all the fixtures and fittings required. As on this occasion one pole was dented, but had all the fixings and the other pole was good, but only had one fixing, so the store manager was really helpful and we managed to get one good item together!If Screwfix or Croydex read this, you really need to improve the way the product is packaged, and use more than just a flimsy plastic bag.Once you have a good item, following the instructions and fitting the item is really easy. The pole is nice and sturdy and is well secured into its end fixings.So all in all I would definitely purchase this item if you are after a top notch shower curtain rail - just make sure you check the item before leaving the store!

Simple and robust. Takes strength to extend and compress. Followed instructions and over extended it by measured 3 inches, only to find it would only compress about half that, so would not fit space.
